Common Issues

  • I paid but the seller says they didn’t get it
  • I can’t open the link / page won’t load
  • I entered the wrong email / need my receipt
  • Payment failed / card declined
  • I don’t see my payout yet

Refunds / Disputes

  • Who handles refunds: Most refunds are handled by the seller. If you can’t reach them, contact OweMotion support.
  • How to request a refund: Contact the seller first if possible. If unresolved, email us with your details.
  • Disputes/chargebacks: If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may request more info to help resolve it quickly.

How Payouts Work

  1. Customer pays via secure Stripe checkout
  2. Stripe fees and platform fee (if any) are applied
  3. Net payout amount is shown in your dashboard
  4. Payout timing varies by bank and Stripe settings
