Refunds / Disputes
- Who handles refunds: Most refunds are handled by the seller. If you can’t reach them, contact OweMotion support.
- How to request a refund: Contact the seller first if possible. If unresolved, email us with your details.
- Disputes/chargebacks: If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may request more info to help resolve it quickly.
How Payouts Work
- Customer pays via secure Stripe checkout
- Stripe fees and platform fee (if any) are applied
- Net payout amount is shown in your dashboard
- Payout timing varies by bank and Stripe settings
