OweMotion is operated by Robert Spencer as a sole proprietorship until formal entity formation is completed. References to “OweMotion,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to that operator. The service is operated from the United States. Contact: support@owemotion.com.

When you use OweMotion, we may collect:

• Name and email address
• Login credentials and account information
• Business name and workspace information
• Subscription tier and billing status
• Stripe customer and subscription IDs, and payment status metadata
• Workflow records, job notes, and task information
• Proof photos, files, and uploads you provide
• Invoice and payment record data
• Customer status and public page content you create or share
• Support messages and communications with us
• Device, browser, IP address, and log data
• Session and security data

We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the platform, and information we receive from payment processors and other service providers.

3. Payment Information

Payment card information is handled by Stripe. OweMotion does not store full card numbers. OweMotion receives subscription status, Stripe customer IDs, transaction metadata, and webhook confirmations as part of normal billing operation. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We use collected information to:

5. Shared and Public Surfaces

OweMotion allows users to create or share public or semi-public surfaces such as proof pages, payment links, customer status pages, shop listings, or living links. Information you intentionally place on those surfaces may be visible to intended recipients or to the public, depending on the feature and settings you choose. You are responsible for what you share and with whom.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

OweMotion uses essential cookies and similar technologies for login, authentication, session security, checkout flow, and platform operation. These cookies are necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled without breaking core platform features.

OweMotion does not currently use third-party advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, retargeting pixels, or analytics tracking scripts. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform, including:

• Stripe — payment processing

We keep your information as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account closure, we may retain certain data for a reasonable period to complete pending transactions, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations. Billing, security, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal records may be retained longer than general account data.

• Export of your data where feasible

We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe. Some information may need to be retained for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes even after account deletion.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. OweMotion is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 12. International Users

OweMotion is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using OweMotion, you consent to that transfer. OweMotion does not currently make specific GDPR or CCPA compliance representations. Users with specific rights under those frameworks may contact us to discuss requests.

OweMotion may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
