Do I have to pay to be listed or matched?
No. Basic participation, profile creation, and claim are completely free. Matching eligibility is strictly determined by true capability, location proximity, and readiness—never by paid sponsorship.
Does subscribing to Pro or Studio improve my matching rank?
No. Paid plans unlock powerful operating tools, custom branding, and workflow automation. Under OweMotion core doctrine, paying never purchases superior matching rank.
What is the payment service fee?
When a customer pays your invoice online through OweMotion, a platform processing fee covers card processing, payment security, fraud protection, and automated accounting — Stripe's own processing cost comes out of this fee, never a separate deduction from your payout. The rate depends on your plan: Free pays 4%, Pro pays 2%, Business OS pays 1%.
How does Instant Payout work?
Standard payouts are always 100% free using your connected account's normal payout schedule. If you need immediate cash flow, Instant Payout deposits funds within minutes for an optional +1.5% acceleration fee calculated on the accelerated amount and shown before confirmation.
Can I use my own custom domain and branding?
Not yet for either Studio or Chamber plans — both are on our roadmap but not available today. A Chamber Network's public pages can be customized with your logo, display name, and accent color; full white-label (hiding OweMotion co-branding) and custom domain mapping are planned, not live.
